PENCAK SILAT INSTRUCTION

With half a century of experience in the realm of martial arts, Mr. B has personally trained thousands of athletes, martial artists, and competition fighters in a dynamic range of contexts. In his early 20's, Mr. B was appointed Chief Instructor of PGB Bangau Putih (White Crane) Silat School in Bogor, West Java, founded by the legendary Silat Grandmaster, Bapak Subur Rahardja. Mr. B has been celebrated throughout Indonesia for his thoughtfully crafted programs of combat fitness and technical fighting methods for self-defense practitioners and professional fighters. Mr. B is an expert in weapons training, hand-to-hand combat, striking, kicking and throwing, locks and submissions, effective parrying, close combat infighting, ground fighting, elbow technique, and so forth. His unique and encyclopedic knowledge of martial arts training techniques fulfills the needs of combat sports competitors, coaches, and those simply seeking personal fitness and vitality in a disciplined context. Mr. B offers one-on-one instruction and group classes in various styles and orientations to intermediate to advanced level students of all backgrounds.
