QUANTUM SILAT FITNESS

Mr. B's Quantum Silat Fitness program was first developed and implemented in Pondok Indah, Jakarta during the 1980's. The basis of the system is a non-competitive approach to physical fitness, promoting harmony, balance, and focus. The term "quantum" in this approach to training, refers to the resolute pursuit of infinite benefits without limitation. Fully approved by Mr. B's teacher, Bapak Subur Rahardja, the Quantum Silat Fitness program works to instill a collective sense of precision, rhythm, and timing for all participants. It is comprised of an interlocking series of movements, divided into three segments, intended to be trained to music. Quantum Silat Fitness is appropriate for students of all ages and levels of preparation.
